I have read all of the "Lucky Harbor" series. I love them all and I was excited to read that we would be revisiting Chloe & Sawyer. I think their book "Head Over Heels" is up there in my top 3 favorite books from the series. Seriously...there is a shower scene in that book...WOW. If you haven't read it...you should.
In this very short story we learn that Chloe is pregnant and about to have the baby any day. Unfortunately Sawyer has to go out of town and this leave Chloe in a mood. She is determined to attend the town Christmas party and manages to convince her friend Tanner & Callie (who we just met in "One in a Million") to bring her.
Of course if you put a VERY pregnant Chloe at the town Christmas party in the middle of a snowstorm things are going to go awry. (highlight the next couple lines for a spoiler) Of course Chloe goes into labor while at the party. Of course the snowstorm shuts down all the roads. But luckily Sawyer shows up just in time to help deliver their perfect daughter.
As much as I loved this story, it was WAY too short and apparently the last of the series. Thankfully we get a little bit of Chloe's sisters and their husbands, Lucille, Lance and some other Lucky Harbor residents we have met along the way. Overall though, it was a nice little ending to the series.
