RELEASE BLITZ & 5 STAR REVIEW: Redemption (Redemption #2) by TK Leigh

Redemption, the final Book in The Redemption Series, an Emotional Second Chance Romance by T.K. Leigh is AVAILABLE NOW!!

Everyone deserves a second chance, but not for the same mistake. At least according to Brooklyn Tanner. Over the course of their long, complicated friendship, she’s given Andrew Brinks more than enough chances. What has she received in return? Heartache. Pain. Agony.

But also love, as cruel and beautiful as it’s always been between them.

Can she put herself through that again? Can she risk giving Drew her heart, only to learn he’s the same man he’s always been? She’s unsure, her head and heart engaged in a tumultuous tug-of-war.

When outside circumstances threaten Drew’s family, will Brooklyn finally put aside the grief of her past to offer him the support, and perhaps love, he needs? Or was their fate sealed all those years ago when Drew had no choice but to betray her?

My Review

I received an advanced copy of this book with the promise of an honest review.

When the previous book ended, Brooklyn had a choice to make and we find out right away what that choice is. (BTW this is one thing that I really like about TK's writing. She may give us a cliffhanger, but it is usually resolved pretty quickly.) But of course things aren't as simple as they seem. (They never really are, are they?)

I love Brooklyn and Drew so much. It was clear from the start that these two belonged together. They truly loved each other, but past events kept getting in the way. And I'm not just talking about the events of the novella. Oh noooooooo. This book bring even more drama that was both heartbreaking and sad. Seriously y'all...I ugly cried at one point. It wasn't pretty...hence the ugly cry. haha. But to speak to what happened in the novella for a second...of course I would have preferred it if Brooklyn had found out the truth a lot sooner, but then we wouldn't have had all the lovely angsty stuff TK put us through. So I guess it's okay. ;-)

This book, this series, is a JOURNEY. A long, emotional, magnificent journey. I read it in one sitting and I loved every minute of it. Even when it made me cry. And it did. Quite a few times. I was very happy with the way things ended and I look forward to what comes next. (Those who have read it will know what I am talking about.)
