Timing is everything.
Presley Hale and Sebastian Vargas are no strangers to goodbye. Their high school summers were spent wrapped up in each other until she would inevitably go home to California. One season after college, Sebastian finally escaped the little Texas town to travel the world, and they said goodbye for what they thought might be the last time.
Sebastian went one way. Presley went the other.
For the first time in five years, they’re both in town, but the timing is no better than ever. So the only thing to do is what they do best. Keep it casual.
Friends with benefits.
They’ve done it before—doing it again will be easy.
But their hearts don’t get the memo.
When the lines of their arrangement blur, Presley and Sebastian are faced with decisions they’ve avoided for years. And that’s not even their biggest problem.
A small town in danger of failing.
A secret that could tear them apart.
And two hearts that can’t hide anymore.
They’ve shared so many summers, but none compare to what they’ll face.
Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life -- a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can't forget that. She's also been a mom, with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She's been a wife, though she's certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook. She's also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she's been drinking whiskey. When she's not writing, she's reading, sleeping, gaming, or designing graphics.
Coming face-to-face with my past changes EVERYTHING.
I’m at the top of my game. All my struggles have finally paid off. Life should be great.
I mean, life is great.
Except for the fact that I can’t stop thinking of her. The woman who mangled my heart into a bloody pulp and never looked back.
If I could free myself of our shared memories, my future would be golden.
There’s only one way to move on—I have to confront the past, so I can move into the next chapter of my life in peace. Which means confronting her for the final time.
I had no idea that knocking on her door that day would turn my life upside down.

I’m the guy who’ll make you feel beautiful, desired, and worshipped . . . all for a steep price. I’m hired to make you shine, and I always deliver.

“Corinne Michaels never fails to deliver stories full of heartbreak and healing. If I Only Knew swept me away. A beautiful romance, a story of everlasting friendships, this book is not to be missed.” - Bestselling Author, Devney Perry
If I Only I Knew, an all-new heartwarming and sexy standalone romance from New York Times bestselling author Corinne Michaels is live!
My life was perfect - until a shocking tragedy pulled the rug out from underneath me.
My children were left without a father. I was without a husband and a provider. Instead of wallowing in my grief, I buried myself in my work at Dovetail Enterprises. Landing the promotion as the CEO’s right hand was exactly what I needed.
Getting saddled with Milo Huxley as an assistant is exactly the opposite.
I can’t stand him.
He’s arrogant, irresponsible, and out for my job. As if that’s not bad enough, he has to be devastatingly sexy, and have a posh English accent that makes me squirm on top of it all. I’ve had enough unpredictability for one lifetime, thank you.
But soon enough, we’re fighting less and laughing more. He’s there for me when no one else is. And those good looks aren’t the only panty-dropping thing about him.
I received an advanced copy of this book with the promise of an honest review.
I could go on and on about the crappy hand that Danielle was dealt and how strong she was, but if you're familiar with the series, you already know that. This books picks up months after "Not Until You". Danielle's career is going well and about to get even better, until Milo shows up. He's back ad ready to take his place in the family business (again), but finds that Danielle is in his place. Callum thinks he has the answer and makes him Danielle's assistant. Initially Milo is upset, but he quickly realizes that he is in for a fight. Danielle is not about to lose everything she's worked for.
I freaking loved Danielle and Milo together. Once he got over himself and saw her as more than just "the woman who had his job", Milo fell and fell hard. Milo was actually an extremely sweet guy who wasn't as bad as he seemed. Throughout the book Danielle goes through some really emotional stuff and Milo is there for her. Much to the surprise of everyone, even Milo, he becomes her rock. Their working relationship turns into a personal one and that gives us such a fantastic story.
I was not prepared for the wonderfulness that is Milo Huxley.I honestly didn't think Corinne could top Callum in the sexy Brit category, but she did it. If you're a Corinne fan, this is definitely a 1-click.

✨ 💚 ✨ PAN, a Neverland Novel is LIVE!!! ✨ 💚 ✨
From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Gina L. Maxwell, comes a brand-new series with a fresh twist on an old classic.
Once upon a time, in Neverland, North Carolina--I fell in love.
I was twelve when Peter first climbed up to my balcony. Thirteen when I sneaked out to see him at the School for Lost Boys.
Seventeen when his touch made me fly, And eighteen when his words made me cry.
We were magnetic, drawn to each other from that very first night, and what I thought would be forever. But when it came time for me to leave, he wouldn't come with, so I left town with a map for my future and a shattered heart.
Ten years later, I've returned to Neverland, hoping to find a man in place of the boy.
Peter was partially right, growing up is no fun. After quitting my fancy career that sucked the magic out of life, I'm now organizing the fundraiser of the year. In a move that could make or break the event and my new company, I've hired Peter, master mechanic and owner of LB Automotive, to help me pull this off--trusting him to rebuild a classic car for the auction that could help hundreds of foster kids in need.
I thought I was prepared, but the boy who refused to leave is now a man hell-bent on getting me to stay, and as sparks fly between us, that undeniable fire flares back to life, deeper and hotter than ever.
But that ripped body doesn't mean Peter's matured enough to make us or this event work, and not everyone in Neverland is happy about my return.
Not every wound heals. Not every heart can be fixed. Not every boy grows up.
And after all this time, the love we found might be lost to us again...this time, forever.
*Pan is an adult contemporary romance retelling of Peter Pan, complete with Wendy, Hook, Tink, and all the Lost Boys. There are no fantasy elements in this world, other than the "magic" that happens between the sheets.*
I received an advanced copy of this book with the promise of an honest review.
As soon as Gina announced this series, I got really excited. I loved the idea of taking a classic fairy tale and putting a modern spin on it. Then I received my ARC and I could not put it down! I think I read about 60% of it in one sitting and I begrudgingly stopped because I had to do "adult". Seriously y'all. This book is so dang good!
The story takes place in the present, but we get flashbacks to learn how Peter and Wendy's relationship developed over the years. From the moment they meet, Peter and Wendy know that they are supposed to be in each other's lives. He is already the sort of (nice) father figure for the Lost Boys and knows that Wendy can be the mother figure they've always wanted. Even years later, when they are all grown up, they still take on those roles, especially Peter.
I loved everything about this book. Peter was downright swoonworthy and I loved him so much! Wendy, while still very proper, had a bit of a wild and sassy side to her that paired perfectly with Peter. In the present they have been separated for some time, but it doesn't take long for their relationship to get back to where it once was.
I am so excited to read the rest of this series. I didn't meet a character that I didn't like, except for the ones I was supposed to not like. Gina has created this amazing Neverland world, that I want more of. Like now. In this book she has brilliantly set up both Tink and Hook's stories and I am dying to read them!

Bennett Fox walked into my life on
one hell of a crappy Monday morning.
I was late for the first day at my
new job—a job I’d now have to compete for even though I’d already worked eight years to
earn it, because of an unexpected merger.
While I lugged my belongings up to
my new office, a meter maid wrote me a parking summons.
She’d ticketed a long line of cars—except
for the Audi parked in front of me, which happened to be the same make and
model as mine.
Annoyed, I decided to regift my ticket to the car that had evaded a fine. Chances were, the owner would pay it and be
none the wiser.
Except, I accidentally
broke the windshield wiper while slipping the ticket onto the car’s window.
Seriously, my day couldn’t get any
worse.
Things started to perk up when I
ran into a gorgeous man in the elevator.
We had one of those brief moments that only happened in movies.
You know the deal…your body lights
up, fireworks go off, and the air around you crackles with electricity.
His heated stare left me flushed
when I stepped off the elevator.
Maybe things here wouldn’t be so
bad after all.
Or so I thought.
Until I walked into my new boss’s
office and met my competition.
The gorgeous man from the elevator
was now my nemesis. His heated stare wasn’t because of any mutual
attraction. It was because he’d seen me
vandalize his car. And now he couldn’t wait to annihilate his rival.
There’s a fine line between love
and hate—and we shouldn’t cross it.

“Good morning, darlin’. Could I interest you in some breakfast sausage?”
The woman turned, her long, dark curls swinging around her shoulders. A look of disgust quickly washed over her face as her eyes locked on my bulge.
“Ay dios mio, you’ve got to be f#cking kidding me,” she muttered, immediately taking her briefcase from the counter and marching to the front door, her red-bottomed heels clacking loudly on the hardwood.
“What’s the matter?” I asked, stumbling after her.
“Last time I do a favor for a friend,” she said under her breath, slamming the front door shut behind her.
Favor. Friend. Beautiful woman in a pencil skirt. Charlotte’s hotshot lawyer friend from Los Angeles.
Oh f#ck.
“Hey, uh, Valencia, wait up!”
I burst through the door to find her paused on the top step of the porch. She turned sharply to look me dead on, the fire in her eyes enough to burn me straight through.
“It’s Valentina,” she spat, crossing her arms and cocking her hip to the side.
“Valentina, right. My mistake. Listen, I’m really sorry about all this. We were out late last night for—”
“For the opening, I know. I was supposed to be there, but something came up at work. So instead, I got my ass onto a last-minute redeye to make it in time for our meeting this morning, but clearly you had other things in mind,” she said, her eyes flitting to my quickly-softening cock before turning again to leave.
“No, please, don’t go. This is completely unprofessional, I know—”
“That’s the understatement of the century.”
“But I promise, if you give me a chance, we can turn this meeting around.”
“Is it still a meeting when one person shows up with his dick out?”
“Oh, trust me, sweetheart, if my dick was out, you’d know it.”
“Sure, as long as I brought a magnifying glass with me.”
I paused, standing up a little straighter. She squared her shoulders, and our eyes locked, the tension between us thick enough to cut with a knife.
If we were going to make this work, I knew I had to be the one to budge. But dammit if this woman didn’t make me want to blow my lid.
“Look, I’m sorry. Please stay. If not for me, then for Luke and Charlotte.”
Valentina sighed and put a hand on her hip.
“Fine. Put some goddamn pants on first, and then we’ll talk.”
